Oct. 30th – Ancestor Vigil

In the Season of Our Beloved Dead, Asheville Raven & Crone opens its store Altar to the public for our Annual Samhain Ancestor Altar. Everyone in the community is invited to add your Beloved Dead to our altar. Name Holders and Lights are available for your use.

At high noon on October 30th we will celebrate our ancestors & beloved dead with prayers, chants, invocations and a ritual burning of all the names that have been added. We invite you to attend and honor those who have passed. We invite you to join us for this outdoor ceremony in person or in spirit, come early.

Ritual will be lead by the ladies of Asheville Raven and Crone.

Please come before 11:30am to grab your beloved dead’s names if not we will be placing them outside in a basket by the cauldron and burning them for you…sending them into the air with love.

Please be aware at 12 noon TIL ritual is over there will be no store sales the doors will be locked.

Reader: Susan 1:30-6pm

Please bring a canned good for The Mother Grove Goddess Temple Food Pantry or a donation.

We will have tea and light snacks.
